With a background in Product Design, she began working with ceramics in 2017 while living in New York. From that first encounter, clay became central to her work, opening a field of inquiry into form, materiality, and process.

Her work explores the relationship between matter, time, and transformation. Nature serves not as something to reproduce, but as a reference for observing the processes that continually reshape the landscape. Erosion, fissures, and movement, alongside stones shaped by the sea and coral formations, inspire a vocabulary of volumes and textures marked by the passage of time.

Pieces from the Corpos and Ciclos series in a room

Between envisioned forms and those that emerge through the process, planning and experimentation come together through gesture and the possibilities inherent in clay. Each piece starts from an intention, but remains open to the changes that arise during its making.

Each work is developed individually, slowly and with close attention to how the material behaves. White, black, and earth tones predominate, alongside an ongoing exploration of surfaces.
